About Lauren Langfield Wines
After studying Viticulture and oenology in New Zealand, I have spent over 17 years working in some of the best organic and biodynamic vineyards and wineries in Australasia.
My focus to learn alongside the best winemakers and viticulturists has taken me to many wine regions, but it was South Australia where I established my eponymous label in 2020.
Taking great care to produce fine wines with purity of fruit, vineyard site, regionality and seasonal expression. I employ minimal intervention winemaking techniques balanced by modern scientific knowledge.
