Lean and tightly wound, this year's chardonnay shows very characteristic lemon pith, white peach and pear aromatics. Further into the glass you'll find greater generosity, with hints of brioche, hazelnuts, and a lovely lemon curd and cream finish.

The small-bunched Mendoza clone had a long, slow ripening period, which sings out in the chalky minerality and fresh acidity. Supported by the lovely ripe stone fruit characters, this chardonnay will leave you salivating.

Handpicked fruit was whole bunch pressed and fermented with wild yeast in French oak barriques for 9 months, with some batonnage during malolactic conversion.
