This Cabernet Franc reveals a delicate hue and a fragrant bouquet of ripe cherries, violets and blackberries, with underlying notes of Black Doris plum. With soft tannins supporting a core of juicy red fruits- raspberry and cranberry- balanced by subtle herbal undertones and hints of graphite. 

A gentle floral lift persists through the finish, adding an air of refinement to this classic, nuanced wine.

The destemmed grapes were fermented in an open steel fermenter and handled very gently using daily pumpovers and hand plunging. Transferred to mature French oak barrels after pressing, to rest and mature for 8 months.
