With depth and intensity of flavours, this year's Sauvignon Blanc is the most exceptional wine I have produced to date. Inspired by the Pouilly-Fume of the Loire, this Sauvignon is rich, round and layered- you'll find generous aromatics of beeswax, jasmine blossom, grapefruit and brioche.

The cool nights and steep north facing, slopes of this Adelaide hills vineyard site produce exceptionally well flavoured Sauvignon Blanc. This is a wine with precision and depth, texture and mouth filling flavours- culminating in absolute drinking pleasure

Handpicked fruit was whole bunch pressed and fermented with wild yeast in French oak barriques for 8 months, with some battonage during malolactic conversion.
