A fine and elegant wine, Brini Grenache is perfumed and enticing, with a lightness and concentration of energy. This wine showcases delicious fruit purity and a delicately woven tannin structure, only possible from vines such as these 80-year-old bush vines.

Early season strawberries, cherries, and pomegranates, and the alluring hint of spice and toasted peppercorn, this wine is lightly hued, but long and lingering on the palate, thanks to a slow, cool fermentation and extended skin contact of 200 days.

The Brini Vineyard is a special site in McLaren Vale, located in the subregion of Blewitt Springs. The superior soil structure of region was identified by some of the earliest vignerons of the region as prized viticultural sites. Today some of the finest wines come from vineyards such as the Brini Vineyard, and I am thrilled to be working with this fruit.

The 80-year-old bush vines are dry grown and are organically farmed (uncertified).
